How it works
Ambetter states that members can begin earning My Health Pays® rewards by logging into their member account, accepting the program terms, and completing a qualifying activity.

Activities That Qualify for My Health Pays® Rewards
Ambetter members can earn rewards when completing verified healthy actions such as:
- Annual wellness / well visits
- Eligible preventive health screenings
- Online “power-ups” or challenges
- Watching approved educational videos
You can view your list of eligible activities and your current reward balance inside your Ambetter member portal.
How My Health Pays® Rewards Can Be Used
According to Ambetter Health, My Health Pays® dollars can be redeemed for:
- Monthly premium payments, doctor copays*, deductibles, coinsurance
- Your monthly bills
- Healthcare costs
- Utilities (gas, electric, water)
- Telecommunications (cell phone bill)
- Rent
- Transportation, education, rent, childcare*

Important notes from Ambetter:
- My Health Pays® rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays
- Rewards expire immediately if your insurance coverage terminates
- Members must be 18 or older to complete the Wellbeing Survey.
- For dependents under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete surveys as applicable.
- Ambetter states that rewards are available to all members, and alternate methods may be offered if an activity cannot be completed.
- Rewards are automatically credited after eligible services, depending on state and plan configuration.
- Completing all required actions is necessary to reach the maximum advertised reward amount.
My Health Pays® is owned and managed by Ambetter Health. Eligibility, program activation steps, reward types, and maximum dollar amounts vary by state, plan, and member status. My Health Pays® rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays and expire upon termination of coverage.
